Standup Alice sends reminders to let you know it's good time to start your standup. Typically, the reminder will show as a notification likes regular Microsoft Teams messages.


Why don't I receive a reminder?

In certain case, Standup Alice decides to not send a reminder to you:

  • You are in vacation: If you set to be on vacation status, Standup Alice does not send any reminders until you change your status. To change vacation status, please send "Hi" to Standup Alice in the private conversation.
  • You are sick: If you set to be sick status, Standup Alice does not send any reminders until you change your status. To change sick status, please send "Hi" to Standup Alice in the private conversation.
  • Your standup is already submitted. Standup Alice accepts to submit a standup before any reminders. It helps you to have a flexible daily routine. You can proactively send a "Hi" message to Standup Alice in private conversation and follow the conversation to send your standup. In that case, Standup Alice won't send any reminders on that day.
