To update standup participants or members for you standup, there are two ways


With /alice command (recomended)

Requirement: The user must be the creator of the selected standup OR admin of the workspace.


This short video shows how to update participants with /alice command



  • Open Slack workspace
  • Run slash command /alice
  • Click "Manage standups"
  • Click "Settings" of standup that you want to manage
  • Click "Edit participants"
  • Update your participants and click "Next" to finish

Voila


With the web console

  • Visit https://app.standupalice.com
  • Select a standup
  • Select "⋮" icon, then "Edit Standup"
  • Select "Basic" tab, and update "Who attends" field
  • Click "Save" to save the latest changes
